About the eService

The Overseas Consent E-Service enables patients and their companions to electronically approve requests for medical treatment abroad. Through this service, users can easily view both pending and completed consent requests, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process for managing international medical treatment approvals.

How to use the Service

1. Launch the Service: Begin by clicking the "Launch Service" button.
2. Log In: Enter your login details to access the list of requests page.
3. View Requests: pending and signed requests list will appear. Click on the "View" button next to a pending request.
4. Review Form Details: The form with the consent details will be displayed for your review.
5. Submit Consent: After reviewing, click the "Submit" button to approve the request.
6. Download PDF: Finally, download the generated PDF of the signed consent form for your records.
