Regular and Urgent Care Services

Routine and urgent cases are treated in general clinics by trained family physicians. Patients can book their appointments with their family physician either through the call canter, electronically through the ministry's website or through the application (sehati). As for urgent cases, they are triaged by the nursing staff in the treatment room and the attending physician.
