Medical Examination for Health Fitness
The health of the citizen and the residents is important at all stages of life, especially at the undergraduate and employment level. Accordingly, the Ministry of Health has prepared medical examination fitness programs that ensures the health and safety requirements for the person and the community around, and have created the necessary human and technical preparations for this purpose. The knowledge of the citizen and the resident of the examination requirements will facilitate the process of issuing a fitness certificate.

- Measurement of blood pressure, weight, height, examination and documentation in the form.

Perform the clinical medical examination as required in the form.

Recording the results of the examination in the form and in the electronic health file.

Refer to secondary health care as needed.

Fees and documents required:

Copies of the fitness form for sports activities have been distributed to all sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain through the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports to be given to each applicant before starting a sports activity.

The applicant can obtain the form from the sports club, the school or the health records department at the Health Centre.

If the applicant is 18 years old and above, he or she must fill in the personal information and attach 2 photographs on the form.

If the applicant is under 18 years of age, the Guardian must fill in the form.

If the applicant is unable to complete all the procedures on the same day, it may be given another appointment.
