A new study concluded that eating food with low salt decreases the blood pressure after three weeks. 

The study included patients ages between 60 – 70 years old in which they were eating only meals been prepared by specialist from the universities clinic which contains high potassium, magnesium, calcium and antioxidants factors. 

After three weeks, the study found that patients blood pressure decreased.
