Indications: chronic simple glaucoma. Cautions: caution is necessary in patients with asthma, bradycardia or heart failure. Side Effects: ocular stinging, burning, pain, itching, erythema, dry eyes and allergic reactions including anaphylaxis and blepharoconjunctivitis; occasionally corneal disorders have been reported. Drug Interactions: Since systemic absorption may follow topical application the possibility of interactions, in particular, with drugs such as verapamil should be borne in mind. Dose: 1 drop twice daily. |
