Hi . I would like to ask about the causes of thyroid nodules it can be due to doing alot of US ? As well as the caue of neck lymp node enlargement associated with URTI ? I want to most of speciality ( surgical and ENT and dental ) and all there are telling no sign of infection . So from which is the enlargement is happening as I am wondering why other people with URTI not happed to them same symptoms! Thank you
