I have OCD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, all of these on n off from last 22 years..now i m 40 years old..i take medicine from psychiatrist but i still have these problems n always fear that i will never be fine..what shall i do?? It shall be noted that i m single n i have no one to share my problems in detail..
