My baby got her two months vaccines on Tuesday snd developed slight fever which we treated wth panadol.

Friday night she slept through the night for 7 hours straight. She has been sleeping all day on Saturday and wakes up for feeding while being very sleepy. We can't get her to stay awake like she did before to play. She cries because she just wants to sleep. Immediately falls back to sleep too.

She has normal wet diapers and feeds well. Is it normal? Is it ftom the vaccine? Should we take her to the hospital?
