My mother is patient in king Hamad hospital and she needs surgery but the doctor told us the surgeon is unavailable and the doctor told us salmaniya hospital has a surgeon who can do the surgery but he said he cannot give us a referral. Why can't we get a referral? It is urgent case and a referral will help us get care immediately but we were denied a referral I don't understand why?
