Clients Satisfaction Survey

Clients Satisfaction Survey in Primary Health is an open channel for the citizens and residents to provide their feedback regarding the services provided at the Health Centers.

This survey is done on regular basis to ensure high quality of care and services. By participating in this survey, you are contributing to help maintain and improve our services within the primary health care.

The survey results are being analyzed through an informed e-decision making tool allowing senior officials for the Ministry of Health to monitor the performance of primary health indicators.

Important Notes:

We would like to bring to your attention the following:

  • Confidentiality and privacy of measures are strictly maintained and all provided data is to be used solely for analytical purposes.
  • The client will be offered to submit feedback regarding the Health Center associated with his/her address.
  • Survey is conducted for each Section individually and the client will be permitted to submit one feedback for each section every 6 months.
