eParticipation commitment:
The Ministry Of Health (MOH) is committed to consider effective feedback and advice from its stakeholders, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, transparency and effectiveness in decision and policy Making. Stakeholders are encouraged to participate in various channels such as opinion polls, discussion forums, blogs and contact us feature to share their suggestions or feedback on matters of interest.

Terms and Conditions of Use:
Your access to and use of the Ministry of Health eParticipation channels is subject to the Site Terms and conditions, as well as Kingdom of Bahrain laws.

Collection of Feedback:
Stakeholders are encouraged to participate with their suggestion and comments, on various topics available on the eParticipation channels. Users will be able to read all topics and comments posted to the forums, however, only registered users will be able to post their opinions and comments.

Monitoring Feedback:
Ministry of Health reserves the right to monitor the feedback periodically, but shall not be obligated to monitor and interact with every post. Although Ministry of Health cannot monitor all postings on the Site, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that violate the Site’s terms and conditions.

Duration of Consultation:
eConsultation topics will have a duration decided by Ministry of Health, during which, stakeholders will be able to post their opinions and suggestions. At the end of the duration, the consulted topic will be archived, and users will no longer be able to send any new comments. However, Ministry of Health maintains the right to re-Open previously discussed topics for further feedback if necessary.

Use of Collected Feedback:
Ministry of Health maintains the right to use the collected feedback from its stakeholders to help in policy making, decision making or piloting new opportunities. Ministry of Health may publish the results of the consultation, but is not obligated to do so.
