Primary Health Performance Dashboard e-service (PHPD) is an informed e-decision making tool allowing senior officials for the Ministry of Health to monitor the performance of primary health indicators. It provides them with graphical presentations of the current performance and historical trends of key indicators to enable corrective actions and decisions instantaneously and for future plans.

This solution is a step forward to e-health through promoting e-participation in the primary health decisions. People feedback and response of primary health services will be gathered through many different channels such as “Tawasul” the National System for complaints, questionnaires, kiosks, online service ratings, etc. The ultimate destination of this eService will provide decision makers in the Ministry a better visual of primary health trends and through local and regional comparisons, enabling the Primary Health to move towards better collaboration, building consolidated health improvement plans, and having a shared perspective through common data sources..
