Pesticide and Rodenticide Request

About the eService

This eService aims to facilitate and organize the process of obtaining Pesticides and Rodenticides for the clients, as it enables them to collect their requested items at specific times during the official working hours to ensure social distancing as well as their safety and satisfaction.

To ensure the quality and efficiency of this eService, the user should take into consideration the following points:

• The user can add only one request/appointment with the same CPR.
• The user won't be able to add a new appointment with the same CPR again until the previous one is completed.
• The user can cancel the appointment prior to the appointment date. After that, the “Cancel” option won't be available.

How to use the service

1. Login to the service.
2. Click on "New Appointment".
3. Enter requestor information.
4. Select appointment date and time.
5. Click on "Submit".

To start the service Click on
