the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) and Ministry of Health (MOH) Tracking Solution is a web-based tracking solution between MOH and the NHRA Medical Complaints Section. The system will allow NHRA Complaints section to send cases to MOH, requesting medical files of Patients Information Records. The system will divide the case into separate requests each of which will be assigned to the concerned section, and ending by case closure and feedback. The requested Patients files are used in the investigations of the medical complaints and judicial assignments regarding medical errors and the disciplinary accountability for any medical error or violation of the law of profession practice or the profession code of ethics in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
