Hearing loss Ear clogged due to ear infection

My ear has been clogged it was popping up whenever i was swallowing or eating or yawning and clicking sounds while swallowing and eating… later i took medication from Al hilal he gave me antibiotics the popping and clicking sound is gone but my hearing is still normal
