I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to discuss a concern I have regarding a lump I found in my left breast. Here are the details:
- **Location**: Upper quadrant of the left breast
- **Characteristics**: The lump is small tender but does not cause pain. Additionally, I have noticed some discoloration on the skin in that area, which appears brown.
Given these symptoms, I am concerned about the nature of this lump and whether it could be serious. I understand that breast lumps can have various causes, ranging from benign conditions like fibroadenomas or cysts to more serious issues like breast cancer. The tenderness and discoloration are particularly worrying to me.
