- The aim from this channel is to raise awareness about healthy lifestyles and is not designed to answer questions related to administrative matters such as appointments. If you have a question related to administrative matters you can submit it in the enquiry section in Tawasul.
- It is not designed for individual medical consultations
- It is not meant to help you reach a diagnosis, no diagnosis will be provided, as the best way to reach a medical diagnosis is by visiting your doctor.
- It is not a channel where you take a second medical opinion in the diagnosis or treatment that was given by your treating doctor
- It is not a channel to ask about your medication, dosages, side effects or adjustment in doses.
- It is not for urgent medical care / or emergency cases
- It is not a channel to present your lab investigations for us to interpret.
- Socially / ethically inappropriate questions are unacceptable.
- The answers may take up to 15 working days to be answered
- You have to be responsible for any damages your words or questions might have on others , and you will have to compensate for those damages .
- By registering with us m you will give us the authority to present any of your participated questions and comments , without any compensations to you or to anybody else.
- We at the Ministry of Health reserve the right to disclose your identity (or any information about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message published
- Please be careful when sending any questions because they will be posted and displayed to everyone
- This service is not a private service so replies will not be deleted
- You should know that your posts can be unlimited, they may be published for any period of time and possibly for years
