Undersecretary of Health Receives a Copy of Dr. Fatima Al-Sulaiti’s Master’s Thesis in Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Lulwa Rashid Showaiter, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, received Dr. Fatima Hassan Al-Sulaiti, General Practitioner and Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry at the Government Hospitals, who presented her with a copy of her Master’s thesis entitled “Parents’ Perception of Bullying Related to Children’s Dental Appearance”, which she obtained from Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences in the United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, the Undersecretary emphasized the importance of research efforts undertaken by national medical professionals and their role in serving the health sector and enhancing the quality of care provided to the community. She praised the objectives and recommendations outlined in the thesis, which contribute to strengthening early prevention of dental problems in children and to the development of preventive and corrective treatments. She also wished Dr. Fatima Al-Sulaiti continued success in her professional and academic endeavors.
