Ministry of Health’s Equal Opportunities Committee Briefs Supreme Council for Women Delegation on Initiatives to Promote Workplace Balance

The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Health held a meeting with a delegation from the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Women to present the committee’s initiatives aimed at fostering a supportive and motivating work environment that encourages employee productivity and creativity.

Dr. Samia Ali Bahram, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Health and Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Health, affirmed the ministry’s ongoing commitment to providing various tools and programs that support workplace balance. These include a range of activities and initiatives designed to boost productivity and enhance job satisfaction.

Dr. Bahram also expressed her sincere appreciation for the continuous support of the Supreme Council for Women and its active role in supporting initiatives that contribute to the goals of the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women.
