Minister of Health Holds Bilateral Meetings with Several Arab Health Ministers to Discuss Ways to Enhance Cooperation in the Healthcare Sector
As part of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s participation in the 50th edition of the Arab Health Exhibition and Congress 2025, held in the United Arab Emirates, Her Excellency Dr. Jaleela bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, held several bilateral meetings with:
His Excellency Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population of the Arab Republic of Egypt
His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention of the United Arab Emirates
His Excellency Mr. Mansour bin Ibrahim bin Saad Al Mahmoud, Minister of Health of the State of Qatar
Mr. Suleiman Al-Dakhil, Director General of the Gulf Health Council
During the meetings, the Minister of Health emphasized the strong fraternal ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and its sister countries, highlighting the importance of enhancing cooperation within strategic partnerships. Such collaborations contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services, promoting sustainable healthcare development, and achieving common goals and aspirations.
Her Excellency also noted that the Arab Health Exhibition 2025 marks half a century of excellence and leadership, serving as a platform for exchanging expertise, encouraging investment in the healthcare sector, and showcasing the latest innovations, best practices, and cutting-edge medical technologies in line with global healthcare advancements.
The meetings also addressed and reviewed various healthcare topics of mutual interest at both the regional and international levels.
At the conclusion of the discussions, the Minister expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates for the outstanding organization of the 50th edition of the Arab Health Congress, wishing the UAE continued progress and prosperity in all fields.
