The Minister of Health Receives the WHO Representative on the Occasion of the Completion of Her Tenure in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Her Excellency Dr. Jaleela bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, received Dr. Tasneem Atatrah, the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative to the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the occasion of the completion of her tenure.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Health praised Dr. Tasneem Atatrah’s outstanding efforts during her tenure in Bahrain, which contributed to numerous achievements related to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as various health projects and initiatives. She expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Atatrah and wished her success in her future endeavors.
During the meeting, the Minister reaffirmed the fruitful collaboration and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and WHO, which has played a key role in highlighting Bahrain’s accomplishments in the healthcare sector. This partnership has contributed to strengthening the healthcare system and promoting the concept of comprehensive and sustainable health, reflecting Bahrain’s commitment to ensuring health for all.
