Bahrain reports 72 COVID-19 recoveries, 300 new cases

72 coronavirus cases have recovered in Bahrain, raising the total number of recoveries to 5,491 so far, the Ministry of Health announced.

Meanwhile, the Ministry said that 300 individuals tested positive for COVID-19 today, bringing the total number of cases to 4,845.

The new confirmed cases include 183 expatriate workers and 117 contacts of confirmed cases.

In a statement, the Health Ministry said that the condition of 4,836 COVID-19 patients is stable, while 30 cases are receiving treatment and nine others are in intensive care units.
