HRH Premier: Government keen on stranded citizens’ safe return

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has followed on the return of stranded Bahraini citizens with great interest.

HRH Premier stressed that the government is keen to repatriate the Bahraini nationals who are stranded abroad because of the precautionary closure of airports, while taking all precautionary and preventive measures that ensure the safety of both the returnees and the plane crew, to ensure their safe return home.

“The safety of our citizens is a priority, wherever they are. We never accept, and under any pretext whatsoever, that any citizen be subjected to any harm. The government has never abandoned its citizens and never will, and it takes care of them wherever they are,” HRH Premier stressed.
