Following the Government Executive Committee's approval of recommendations made by the National Medical Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus  (COVID-19), the Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA) has announced an update to the Kingdom of Bahrain's entry procedures for those arriving via Bahrain International Airport.

Starting from Sunday, 14 November 2021, the following measures will be adopted: 

1.    The travel Red List of countries will no longer be in force 
2.    All unvaccinated passengers arriving to the Kingdom of Bahrain can undergo the precautionary quarantine at their place of residence, rather than the designated quarantine centers.

The CAA emphasised that the precautionary health measures currently in force will continue to be followed, and that entry procedures for the Kingdom of Bahrain can be viewed via the Ministry of Health's website on: healthalert.gov.bh.
