Health Minister praises leadership's support to frontline responders to Covid-19
Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al Saleh extended sincere thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for their appreciation of the efforts of the frontline national cadres in combating coronavirus (Covid-19).
The minister praised the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to grant two additional promotional ranks in the civil service or their equivalent to the frontline responders. She hailed the move which asserts the leadership’s appreciation of the efforts of the frontline medical staff and will serve as a motive to exert more efforts in serving the nation and citizens.
The Minister of Health expressed gratitude to HM the King for the kind gesture which will have a positive impact on the frontline cadres who are working diligently to protect people’s health. She stressed that the royal support to them is an incentive to continue working tirelessly to protect the health and safety of all and achieve desired goals. She noted that the ministry and its staff will preserve the accomplishments despite all challenges facing it during the pandemic.
