Jafari Endowments Directorate provides services electronically
As part of preemptive measures to contain coronavirus (COVID-19) and ensure the safety of service recipients, the Jafari Endowments Directorate has announced that it will only receive applications electronically during this period and until further notice. It pointed out that applications can be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
The precautionary measures aim to ensure the safety of customers and employees within the framework of upgrading the service system provided by the directorate to the public.
The directorate revealed in a statement that the immediate communication service via WhatsApp is available on the customer service number 17244943 which receives queries round the clock throughout the week. It added that answering queries will be only during the directorate’s official work time from Sunday to Thursday, except for vacations.
