Contact Tracing Highlights
- Cluster 73350: A cluster of 10 positive cases from 2 different households were identified when a 44-year-old female citizen tested positive at a random community screening. The cases detected are all family-related, including the index case’s siblings, mother and nephews, all of whom had direct contact with the index case.
- Cluster 72394: Contact tracing of a 40-year-old female citizen who tested positive at a random community screening revealed 12 family-related positive cases from 5 different households, who met at a family gathering. 10 of the detected cases had direct contact with the index case, while 2 are secondary infections.
- Cluster 72802: A 22-year-old female citizen who tested positive at a random community screening revealed 4 family-related positive cases. Through contact tracing of the sister, an additional 6 positive cases were detected, all of whom are family members who met at a family gathering. Further contact tracing of the 6 positive cases, revealed 2 positive within the extended-family. In total, this cluster impacted a total of 12 persons from 6 different households.
- Cluster 72061: Contact tracing of a 43-year-old female citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms, uncovered 14 new cases from 6 different households. The cases are family related, including the index case’s immediate and extended family members, who met at a family gathering. Of the cases, 12 had direct contact with the index case and 2 were secondary infections.
- Cluster 71018: A 27-year-old female citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 12 positive cases from 3 different households. The cases detected include her child, parents, siblings, a niece and nephew, 10 of whom had direct contact with the index, while 2 are secondary infections.
