Contact Tracing Highlights
  1. Cluster 179497: Contact tracing of a 24-year-old male expatriate who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 3 positive cases of primary infections and 17 secondary infections, totaling to 20 positive cases. The individuals work in the same company and live in 2 accommodation units.
  2. Cluster 180345: Contact tracing of a symptomatic 37-year-old female citizen revealed 14 positive cases across  2 different households, all of whom had direct contact with the index case.  The cases detected are family related and include the index case’s father, siblings, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and their domestic helpers.
  3. Cluster 190504: Contact tracing of a 70-year-old female citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 16 of her family members as positive cases, residing across  6 different households. The cases detected include the index case’s husband, children and grandchildren, all of whom had direct contact with the index case. 
  4. Cluster 187536: Contact tracing of a 42-year-old male citizen revealed 20 family-related cases across 5 different households.  The cases detected include the index case’s wife, sons, siblings, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews.  Further contact tracing of one of the sisters revealed their mother as a positive case of secondary infection.  This cluster resulted in a total of 21 positive cases.
  5. Cluster 184823: A 33-year-old male expatriate who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 22 positive cases, all of whom had direct contact with the index case.  The cases detected are work related who share accommodation across 3 different locations.
