Contact Tracing Highlights
- Cluster 164268: Contact tracing of a symptomatic 48-year-old male citizen revealed a cluster of 15 cases from 5 different households. The cases include the index case’s wife, children, parents, sisters, nephews and nieces, who came in contact with each other at a family gathering.
- Cluster 165652: A 39-year-old symptomatic female citizen was associated with 11 positive cases from 3 different households, all of whom had direct contact with each other at a family gathering. The cases detected include the index case’s children, nieces, nephews, siblings and mother.
- Cluster 166818: Contact tracing of a 70-year-old male citizen revealed a cluster of 16 cases from 3 different household, 12 of which were primary infections and 4 were secondary infections. Cases include the index case’s children, grandchildren and son-in-law.
- Cluster 166848: A cluster of 11 family-related cases from 3 different households was revealed following contact tracing of a symptomatic 24-year-old male citizen.
- Cluster 170113: A cluster of 21 cases from 3 accommodation units was revealed following the contact tracing of a symptomatic 37-year-old male expatriate 9 of which were primary infections sharing an accommodation unit with the index case, and 11 were work-related.
