Contact Tracing Highlights
  1. Cluster 155641: Contact tracing of a 42-year-old female citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 11 positive cases across 6 households.  The cases detected are family related and include the index case’s mother, son and other relatives. 
  2. Cluster 148856: Contact tracing of a 39-year-old male expatriate who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 16 work-related positive cases, 14 of which are primary infections and 2 are secondary infections, across 11 accommodation units.  
  3. Cluster 157356: Contact tracing of a symptomatic 38-year-old male expatriate revealed 16 positive case, all of whom had direct contact with the index case.  The cases detected work in the same company despite living in different accommodations. 
  4. Cluster 153443: A 22-year-old female citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 10 primary infections and 3 secondary infections, totaling to 13 positive cases across 4 different households.  The cases detected are family related and include the index case’s mother, husband, children, sister, other relatives and domestic helper. 
  5. Cluster 146560: Contact tracing of a 54-year-old male expatriate who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 14 of his co-workers as positive cases, 4 of which are primary infections and 10 of secondary infections, living across 2 different accommodation units.
  6. Cluster 150306: Contact tracing of a 10-year-old male citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 9 family-related positive cases across 4 different households.  The cases detected include the index case’s aunt, his aunt’s husband and cousins.  Further contact tracing of one of the cousins identified the wife and daughter as positive cases of secondary infection.  This cluster resulted in a total of 11 positive cases.
