Cluster 269686: Contact tracing of a 57-year-old female citizen who tested positive through random community screening revealed 9 of her direct family members as positive cases from 2 different households.&nbsp; The cases detected include her son, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Cluster 270090: Contact tracing of a symptomatic 41-year-old female expatriate revealed 8 family-related cases, all of whom live in the same household, and include the index case&rsquo;s sons, brother, sister-in-law and nephews.
